Buying a car I was in the hunt for a new car because my car was totaled by a deer. I started looking online Colton immediately contacted me an appointment up. When I arrived at the dealership he connected me with Parker. Parker was good he gave me a few options. I went home to think about my options however I still had some questions. I contacted Colton on Monday and he was able to connect me with Alphonzo. Alphonzo was great he was able to find me a 2017 Ford Focus in my price range. I then went to the finance office and spoke to Chad. Chad was able to get me a loan at a good rate. After I signed my papers I spoke with the GM because my experience was that great. I would definatey recommend this dealership to family and friends. More

We live near Sumter SC but make the 50 minute drive to Dick Smith instead of our local dealership and we have not regretted it one bit. This time specifically, we did our research ahead of time so that we knew what to expect for payments, what inventory was there, our credit score, and what our trade-in should be worth. We laid those cards flat on the table prior to even driving over. Colton and the team looked at everything, said, "Yep, we can do that" and that was the end of it. We drove over after work on a Wednesday. He had the new Explorer washed up and ready to go. We test drove it to make absolute sure, they looked at our old Explorer, we signed the papers and were out in just under an hour. We love Dick Smith Ford and will continue to make the drive as long as we live here, it's worth it! More
