I brought our 2013 Rubicon in because of a safety recall on the passenger airbag in This was our first service appt with Findley Jeep of Wilsonville. I brought our 2013 Rubicon in because of a safety recall on the passenger airbag inflator. I was actually pleased with the customer service from the first phone call I made to set up the appt. I was expecting a long wait for service on a recall part that was not in stock. Instead the woman scheduling appointments said the part was in stock and I could come in anytime I choose. How awesome was that? The service representative today, Kevin Ames was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Work was done as described, on time and followed up by a few maintenance suggestions. As I have had less than sastisfactory service work at other dealerships in the past, this appointment was a pleasant surprise. I hope it remains as remarkable going forward. More

Was in and out in less than 45 mins. Serviceman very polite. Everyone there has always been polite and helpful. Calling to make the service appointment was not a pleasant experience and the work that I tried to schedule was not accomplished,as promised by the woman on the phone. She insisted that I come on Friday and that the work would be done. This work was not completed and the parts were not available for the work. I was not called and informed that when I arrived on Friday, desired work would not be done, and parts would not be available for at least a month. She should have, at the very least , called and informed me, as it was at her insistance, that I come on Friday, March the 22nd. More
