I had scheduled an appointment but for some reason it was never secured. Came into the dealership and they were able to take my Jeep in right away. Had the parts and fixed the problem. T forced me to come to the dealership and when I went into the service area there weee 3 individuals working, none of which weee in the phone. Little frustrating I couldn’t get someone over the phone vs. having to drive into the dealership to get this scheduled. More
The service took 1 hour to do an oil change and 15-point inspection, which is about 45 minutes too long compared to others. I was brought in with a coupon (3 oil changes for $149) where I was told that you inspection, which is about 45 minutes too long compared to others. I was brought in with a coupon (3 oil changes for $149) where I was told that you end up not saving any money, so it was pretty much a bait-and-switch marketing ploy—but I fell for it. Then I was told on my 30K maintenance service, it would not be $131.30 like my official Scheduled Services printout they sent me. (I'm guessing this follows Jeep's recommendations.) I was told it was going to be around $1,200 to get a few additional recommended services! I don't 4x4. I just drive in the city with lots of calm freeway travel. And it's only the 30K. My issue is that if you're going to PRINT something, why not print the TRUTH? Why not be accurate in what you're advertising and quoting? Adding nearly $1,000 to your next service is a huge difference. I was told if I didn't get the extra services, my warranty would not be honored. I went home and looked it up and that clause is nowhere to be seen, so I find that dubious. In fact, other mechanics told me to 100% avoid the extra services but advised me to talk to a non-dealer specialist. I may or may not do that because there are a couple of advantages to going to a dealer. However, this 2 star review would turn into a 5 star if Dicks CJDR of Wilsonville were just more accurate and transparent. The service is fine, it's just the revenue model I'm questioning. More
