This is the second time I have had my vehicle in to try and fix the issue I'm having. I bought my Jeep new in early 2021. The issue I'm having is an intermittent thing (admittedly very difficult to trouble and fix the issue I'm having. I bought my Jeep new in early 2021. The issue I'm having is an intermittent thing (admittedly very difficult to troubleshoot) but it still needs to be fixed. Every time I've talked to someone in the Service department I've gotten the impression that they didn't really care and that they were somewhat irritated by my requests. It's frustrating that the first new vehicle I have ever owned is going to have to have this intermittent issue because they say they cannot fix it unless it is presenting with the problem but yet when the problem is occurring I cannot stop and have them take care of it because they are too far behind and would not have a tech available and therefore I have to make an appointment. It's a terrible Catch-22 that leaves me frustrated as a customer. More
I spent $32,000 on a used 2014 Jeep. Salesman and people were great. Also like the Jeep. But the dealership would not even give me a full tank of gas.
