The service team was very helpful. I had an appointment at 7:45a and it took over 2 hours to replace the thermostat and headlight. The service team was still texting my husband, even though the last time I was in a few weeks ago I did give them my cell number and asked them to update my record (it sounds like his phone number was on the record from the initial purchase). The thermostat seemed to solve the problem as the check engine light is no longer coming on. They went above and beyond and put cardboard on a window that had been broke by a vandal - thank you! More
Zero points for honesty since they misrepresented “book” market. Traded a like new top of line 2021 Edge with under 3000 miles and was presented blue book printout without divulging it was a “fair” conditi market. Drooped it off for recall update, which takes a couple of hours. I also asked them to look at little defect in leather but evidently they didn't have time even though it was right there on the inside of the hours. The service department addressed my Truck’s problem well. The only problem was that I was not told it was a “drop off” appointment and I came thinking I could wait but it was going to take 5 or 6 plus hours The only problem was that I was not told it was a “drop off” appointment and I came thinking I could wait but it was going to take 5 or 6 plus hours and I couldn’t wait that long. Also, the shuttle was too busy to get me home so I had to pay $29 to Uber home and come back later. More
