I went in for an oil change and tire rotation but also voiced some safety concerns/ issues I was having with my vehicle. I felt like although they listened to my concerns, the safety of myself and my fami voiced some safety concerns/ issues I was having with my vehicle. I felt like although they listened to my concerns, the safety of myself and my family is not a priority to the dealership. I left feeling very unsettled and honestly don’t feel safe driving my family in a car that I only bought from this dealership a year ago. More

Brought my truck in to be serviced because the tailgate would not open. I’ve only had the truck for a month or so. Had to spend $185 for a diagnostic check to realize it was simply unplugged.
