I had a service appointment for a tire rotation. However after getting home, I noticed that an oil change had been done instead of the tire rotation. I spoke with the service rep and he said there w However after getting home, I noticed that an oil change had been done instead of the tire rotation. I spoke with the service rep and he said there was no notes as to why that happened and why the tire rotation was not done. I am still waiting to receive a call from the service manager. I'm giving at least 1 more star because the oil change was completed in 45 minutes, which is half the time compared to another Jeep dealership. However, I usually get a window sticker for the mileage when my next oil change is due and a reset of the oil change indicator in the Jeep. I got none of these so I'm only going of the invoice that I actually received an oil change. More
