I called because of a "Service ABS System" message immediately. The earliest time you could get me in was 3 weeks away. When I asked how to stop the relentless flashing message and ringing bells, I immediately. The earliest time you could get me in was 3 weeks away. When I asked how to stop the relentless flashing message and ringing bells, I was told that it was a safety issue and they couldn't tell me that. If it was such a safety issue, WHY COULDNT YOU SEE ME FOR 3 WEEKS!!!! My Chrysler extended warranty covers vehicle rental during repair however I was never told that when I made the appointment and when I arrived for the appointment, no rental vehicles were available. For 2 days, I was without transportation. The on-site female service agent was great to work with. More
