He answered all of my many questions, searched for a clean and well cared for Jeep Cherokee for me. He made sure it was detailed and cleaned to perfection. He walked me through the process and was honest and thorough. He was fair and went above and beyond. Jeff Ewing added to the experience and made sure I was well cared for and answered questions I had. He was professional and kind. Jeff Allison made financing and all the paperwork a whole lot easier. I appreciate how he knew his job and got things done quickly. Kudos to whomever did the detailing on my Jeep, my car is shining! This was a great group to buy a car from and one of the easiest dealerships I have ever worked with. I will be sharing this with my family, friends and patients. In for a quick oil change and wiper blades. Maddison mentioned it would take 2-3 hours as several vehicles had just arrived. The following day I was in and out in roughly 30-40 minutes and only the rear wiper blade needed replacing. Maddison was friendly and I am impressed with the integrity of the Tech, Nathan, for not replacing something that did not need to be replaced. Very pleased with my advisor and the Tech. More

It's been a long time since I have experienced such poor customer service. From driving in and not having a clue what to do or how to do what we were there for to the lack of any real communication through customer service. We were told in advance that the 25,000 mile would be 45 minutes and we were there for almost 2 hours with little activity around us. There are no signs to tell you where to go except one on the door that says wonderful people walk thru that door. I have been a Chrysler driver for almost 65 years and this experience has just about made me decide to go elsewhere and with a different product. We got no introductions or instructions on anything about the facility. No greeting, no sign telling us we had to go inside and no acknowledgment when we did go in. The person who did finally help us talked in such a soft voice it was almost impossible to hear and she really didn't have any idea why we were there or what we were telling her. More
