Apart from absolutely loving my new Ram TRX, I need to say that I have never had such a good experience buying a vehicle. I emailed with questions one night, and Rich answered them first thing in the morn say that I have never had such a good experience buying a vehicle. To top off the experience, he drove my new truck to me, we signed paperwork, and he drove my trade-in back to the dealership. I have never been treated so well! More

You guys charged me $185 to tighten ONE BOLT! !! then you pressured me into spending another $800 for things unrelated. You had no explanation for any of the "work" you allegedly did. I have always had issues with your service department I was told my truck would be ready on Friday I called late Friday wasn't ready said it would be Monday I got a call that it was ready went to pick it u was told my truck would be ready on Friday I called late Friday wasn't ready said it would be Monday I got a call that it was ready went to pick it up when I went to pay I found out they didn't charge the oil like I requested so now I didn't get it until Tuesday it wasn't a great experience.
