I was hoping with the purchase of Wilsonville Ram/Jeep by the Dick's auto group the service department would improve, it has not. When you walk in no one greets you, the staff just stare at their computers. the Dick's auto group the service department would improve, it has not. When you are acknowledged the staff generally make you feel as though you are taking them away from something more important. The absolute worst aspect of this place is they will take a phone call and make the customer STANDING IN FRONT OF THEM wait! Here is some simple advice, put the call on hold and handle the customer in front of you. I also own a Toyota and the service experience could not be more night and day. As this is the only Ram/Jeep dealership in the area it makes it the only viable option for service, otherwise I would not return, and it will weigh on my decision to buy another Ram product. More
Every time we have come to this dealership there always seems to be an issue. #1 starting with customer service, lack of communication, and no sense of urgency. You walk into the service department and they will leave you sitting there for 5 minutes without a simple hello. Last time they rotated our tires, and did not secure the wheels. I kept hearing a clicking noise when I drove. Thankfully I am the manager at a body shop down the road and our mechanic let me know they did not tighten the 2 left wheels and they were about to fall off. Horrible service. We as a business go out of our way to not use this dealership for the last several years because there seems to be an issue every single time. Adam was supposed to give me a call at 2-2:30 for an update. I never received a call so I began calling at 2 and never heard back from anyone (which this has happened multiple times we have brought the vehicle in) my husband called on my behalf at 3. The person who answered the main line did not seem interested at all at helping and was rude. She kept forwarding my husband to the a line that rang for several minutes and went to voicemail (which they do not call customers back). When he finally did get in touch with our service advisor, Adam, he spoke with a condescending tone. Again, as a business, we go out of our way to not use this dealership. As a independent customer, we have continued to use this dealership due to it being where the truck was bought. We will no longer will be doing that nor will we ever buy a vehicle from this dealership again. More
