Our customer experience was above reproach. The entire staff was quick to offer assistance upon walking thru the front door. This was not experienced at other dealerships. We had not expected to be able to acquire the vehicle we saw online because of the pricing and low mileage coupled with a lower end of the "Good" credit rating and a moderate down payment. However, Mr. Tyler Chang (5 STARS), the manager (Name escapes me), and Jaret Prokay went above and beyond our expectations. When Tyler came back after his manager approved us and asked "How would we like to drive the vehicle home" our excitement was barley containable.
