Under staffed and under trained. I live in a Wilsonville and really want this dealership to thrive. But every time i go it is a complete disappointment. Their service department is a ghost town. There never seems to be more than 1 service advisor and they act like they don’t care for your business. I’ve been trying to get a oil change for 2 weeks now but they never have enough employees to deal with the 2 or 3 customers who are waiting. I tried to make an appointment, but they won’t make appointments for oil changes. They expect you to wait around for 2 hours for them to start their “Fast Oil Change” which usually takes a hour itself. Total disappointment. More
