Uncharacteristically Poor Service in the Service Department I went into the service department due to a system update that did not complete and notified me to contact the dealer. At the service department they I went into the service department due to a system update that did not complete and notified me to contact the dealer. At the service department they said it would cost $140 (I think that was the number or it is close) for a systems diagnostics. I let them know it was for an update the system said to contact them for but they were unable to offer any assistance without scheduling two weeks out and paying the fee. I looked up on the Dodge web page and found out how to download and install the update myself and right there on the page it clearly states the Dealership will do this FREE of charge! Why give me the run around for something that Dodge has stated should be free. I am very disappointed in the Findlay service team, they have been ok in the past but really let me down this time. More
