Rafael was very knowledgeable, professional and accommodating. He provided expert advise on the timing of oil changes as well as the the condition of my tires. Additionaly, the Service Department was well organized, very clean and a comfortable environment as I was waited for my service to be completed. As a retired Marine Corps Officer, I have high level of standards and expectations, and they were easily exceeded by Rafael and the Findlay Jeep Service Department. More

Wilsonville Jeep Dodge great service Terry at Wilsonville Jeep Dodge is an amazing Service Manager. Got my 2001 Ram AC evaporator & dash replaced at a reasonable cost...much less than o Terry at Wilsonville Jeep Dodge is an amazing Service Manager. Got my 2001 Ram AC evaporator & dash replaced at a reasonable cost...much less than other private shops. He able to hard to find parts too. Won't take my Ram anywhere else. The entire service department is great to work with. More

Best Dealership! I bought my Jeep GC new from Findlay Jeep in Wilsonville in 2015. I now have nearly 70k miles on it and I have never needed to go anywhere else except I bought my Jeep GC new from Findlay Jeep in Wilsonville in 2015. I now have nearly 70k miles on it and I have never needed to go anywhere else except for Findlay for all of my service, including new tires! Their prices are good, customer service in exceptional, and the waiting area is very pleasant. They always give accurate quotes and get work completed in the estimated time. I love Findlay Jeep in Wilsonville and will never go anywhere else for service or to buy a new Jeep! My service today from Kevin Ames was nothing but exceptional as usual, as I actually look forward to going in because it feels like family. Service Department Kevin helped me out on a day when they were short staffed and made sure to communicate everything with me very thoroughly.
