Amazing Came in for an oil change, time and cost were reasonable and all of the service advisors (Adam, Kevin, Rafael) were super nice. As I waited I went and looked into the showroom and was approached by a nice salesman named Dylan. He actually almost got me to buy a new car but I just cant afford one right now, but when I am ready I will definitely be coming back to visit! More

I have an 07 charger r/t when I bought it from a little dealer in Salem they had dropped a low mile motor in it and did a nice paint job and rims. But there were many hidden things wrong that have reared their ugly heads as time passed. First was the transmission. That happened a year or 2 ago. After checking prices at a few different shops I decided to just go with the dealership because I was getting now parts with a 2 year warranty And the labor cost was comparable. They did a full rundown at the time of things that needed to be done. He advised on stuff that might be able to wait on. Everything has been spot on and I have done the work as it came up. This time it was the brakes. They were grinding. I need my car for work so he accommodated to have me bring it in the next morning as it was a Friday evening, and I needed my car by Monday for work. The price was about the same as a local tire shop but I was getting brand parts not aftermarket by going through the dealership. I have to say Working with Findlay and Adam is the best of both worlds. You get the service and parts that only a dealership can offer, but at at price that is fair and very close to what you pay by going with another shop. More

Easy, excellent Service I called parts to order some things need for my Jeep and they recommend i make an a appointment, they used the bad word "Transfer" which as most compa I called parts to order some things need for my Jeep and they recommend i make an a appointment, they used the bad word "Transfer" which as most companies means good luck, but to my surprise it was right away, that I got Adam Denning who got me all set up for a new key fob and locking gas cap on my Jeep Wrangler. He never once tried to up sell me. I was the one who wanted more service. He did inform me that i had a recall for my airbag, very happy they looked because i never got a letter from Chrysler. I love their text feature to let me know the status of my vehicle. I also got a loaner for my recall which made it easy to get back to work. Adam called me 30 mins before my requested out time and told me they were test driving the vehicle and come pick it up at 4pm. To my surprise my vehicle was waiting in the service drive and my vehicle washed. Adam then walked me to my vehicle to show what had been down, where my new key was and showed me the locking gas cap. GREAT SERVICE FROM A GREAT COMPANY! Also thank you Terry Bryan for the help. More
