My service center experience was initially bad. Drew eventually made up for the horrible customer service from Tyler. I called for a copy of an invoice but was told by Tyler he/they couldn’t email Drew eventually made up for the horrible customer service from Tyler. The next week I dropped my vehicle off for service and I was informed that my invoice would be emailed to me. xxx?! Making me waste my time and money! More
Very pleased with Tyler & Dick’s CJDR service department. Service both a RAM 1500 & RAM 2500 there. This was a major service on the 2500. Communication was good & vehicle finished as expected.
