Calling to make the service appointment was not a pleasant experience and the work that I tried to schedule was not accomplished,as promised by the woman on the phone. She insisted that I come on Friday and that the work would be done. This work was not completed and the parts were not available for the work. I was not called and informed that when I arrived on Friday, desired work would not be done, and parts would not be available for at least a month. She should have, at the very least , called and informed me, as it was at her insistance, that I come on Friday, March the 22nd. More

Service Center Kevin is a man of his word and is very detailed in explaining things to the customer. We had an emergency not far from the Findley Wilsonville Dealership. We rolled into the service center and this is where we were greeted by Kevin with enthusiasm. Kevin listened intently as I explained to him what had just transpired while driving on I-5 just 1 mile south of the dealer ship. He knew what the issue was and took our jeep in. He quoted us a price for the repair. While the jeep was in the shop he called me and let me know that the transmisson need to be serviced he quoted me a price and I gave him the green light to go ahead. When we arrived the next day to pick up the vehicle the final price to my surprise was as quoted. This very rarely has been my experience in working with dealers. Bottom Line Kevin has earned my trust and future business. Findley of Wilsonville should be proud to have a good person like Kevin leading their Service Department. More
