We had an emergency not far from the Findley Wilsonville Dealership. We rolled into the service center and this is where we were greeted by Kevin with enthusiasm. Kevin listened intently as I explained to him what had just transpired while driving on I-5 just 1 mile south of the dealer ship. He knew what the issue was and took our jeep in. He quoted us a price for the repair. While the jeep was in the shop he called me and let me know that the transmisson need to be serviced he quoted me a price and I gave him the green light to go ahead. When we arrived the next day to pick up the vehicle the final price to my surprise was as quoted. This very rarely has been my experience in working with dealers. Bottom Line Kevin has earned my trust and future business. Findley of Wilsonville should be proud to have a good person like Kevin leading their Service Department. More

I keep coming back. I have bought two cars from Findlay and brought both my trucks here for service over and over.
