Asked to have my side mirror looked at because it was shaking and loose. When I went to pick it up they did not look at the mirror. They asked to mechanic to look at it and he did for about 30 seconds shaking and loose. When I went to pick it up they did not look at the mirror. They asked to mechanic to look at it and he did for about 30 seconds told me that’s the way they are, well it fell off the next day and scratched the side of my truck. More

Found out on a previous visit a voluntary change was made to the ECM that reduced mileage, increased regen frequency, and I suspect reduced HP and Torque numbers without my knowledge or permission. The service department is horrible. There were nine employees working and didn't seem to have time for the customers that were standing in there waiting to be helped. I received a text message. It's ready to be picked up and when I went in there to pick it up. I stood in there for fifteen minutes. Without Any of the employees asking if they could help me? It was the manager who came out of their office to try to help me, and even then, it was just to get me to pay and get out of there. What a horrible place. I do not want to do business with this place again and I was only there for an oil change. Absolutely ridiculous. More
