Asked to have my side mirror looked at because it was shaking and loose. When I went to pick it up they did not look at the mirror. They asked to mechanic to look at it and he did for about 30 seconds More

Good afternoon Drew, sorry it’s taken so long to respond to you but up until Friday night I thought Andrew Alexandre who was the first to respond to the survey was doing something. After waiting four weeks after I left him a voicemail with no reply’s I called him back last Friday and he said he would call me back in 5 minutes. As of 12:35 today he has not called back
