Dick’s fixed the fuel pump within a reasonable amount of time for me having to have it dropped off when they were fully booked up. I took off a star because the cost was high and I received a confusing text time for me having to have it dropped off when they were fully booked up. I took off a star because the cost was high and I received a confusing text message about additional repairs that the mechanic wanted to add. I thought the total bill would be $300 more with the additional repairs and almost accidentally agreed to additional repairs of $1700, which I would not have had the money to pay. I suggest a phone call in the future if something similar occurs, or an itemized list so that the consumer can see what the total bill would be. More
