Amazing job for this lady, she fought for my get a very deal, the process was very easy, not hidde cost, she is honest and credible saleperson I drove from NJ to PA over 2 hours to get the car, and the c deal, the process was very easy, not hidde cost, she is honest and credible saleperson I drove from NJ to PA over 2 hours to get the car, and the car was ready to the drive test, and 2 hours later I was drive back to NJ with my new Palisade highly recommended!! I always have a bad experience at Dickson city Hyundai. 3.5 hours for an oil change that cost me $45!!! Every oil change I’ve ever gotten has been $25. 3.5 hours and $45 is unbelievable. I’m lied to and told my light is out in the back probably 3 times now. I don’t have any lights out. I stopped taking my car to the dealer for all of these problems and so much more. Brandon is the only person in the service department that deserves to be there. He could use a raise for all the problems he takes care of for everyone else. I asked the guy who was dealing with me if my car had the updated knock sensor and he told me that wasn’t an issue for my car and told me I was wrong! Brandon corrected him and he didn’t even apologize. I’m currently getting my oil checked every 1k miles because of an engine recall problem and the guy who is dealing with me is not upfront with me!!! I literally only go to the dealership when I have no other choice! Would not recommend for any reason!!!!!! More
