On 21 Nov, I had a 1045 appointment for an oil change. I arrived at 1030 and checked in. My car was taken around to the garage. I waited in the waiting room. I waited for 2 hours before a representative app arrived at 1030 and checked in. My car was taken around to the garage. I waited in the waiting room. I waited for 2 hours before a representative approached me with additional maintenance that is recommended. I opted to have the tires rotated and alignment done and was told it would be another 45 minutes. I waited an additional hour. 3 hour wait total. I was told that they were short on personnel that day. Normally the service is good there however not this day! More
