This dealership has POOR communication skills. My daughter leased a vehicle from here in November 2020. It looked like all was good, until they called her to come put initials on the contract in a sp daughter leased a vehicle from here in November 2020. It looked like all was good, until they called her to come put initials on the contract in a spot they missed. Then they made her come back and re-sign a NEW contract because they “misplaced the original”! They told her Hyundai was possibly going bankrupt so they weren’t accepting payments, so she didn’t actually make a payment until the end of December! In the meantime she has been getting collections calls for payments missed, as well as late fees. She had NO IDEA what her payment date was, or HOW to pay because every time she spoke to someone from the dealer they told her everything was fine. She gets a minimum on10 calls a day from a collection agency still even though the dealer told her that she did not owe anything, until tonight when they told her she owes $1200 + late fees. Terrible business practices, and they seem to have taken advantage of a young first time buyer. Disgusting!! More

Got a fairly good deal on my 2020 Elantra. Paperwork time was a little long. Salesman was very friendly and ,I think worked hard to get the best price he could. I had a great sales experience with Greg and appreciate his professionalism. This is my third Hyundai and I’m not likely to drive any other car. The experience with the finance department was not the sam his professionalism. This is my third Hyundai and I’m not likely to drive any other car. The experience with the finance department was not the same as sales, unfortunately. Multiple calls and email (post purchase) were not returned and negatively impacted my experience. Something that could have been resolved with a phone call necessitated me driving 1.5 hours on my day off. I still have unanswered questions but have moved on. The customer service representatives who manage the phones were well-spoken and professional as well. More

I went in for a state inspection the first since buying the vehicle they ask...have you let the car sit for a period of time...the entire world let their car sit ..it's a pandemic...they tell me my rotors the vehicle they ask...have you let the car sit for a period of time...the entire world let their car sit ..it's a pandemic...they tell me my rotors are rusted and need replacing. I'm so heartbroken. I came here bc I was sick of buying junk. I bought the vehicle bc I didn't want to have to deal with having to repair here n there like w my old vehicle. I'm sad to say how disappointed I am. To offer to fix it ...just need need new rotors bc it sat too long. I will say the front desk person was very nice. I even was really grouchy and she was still very nice.. More

Oil change took a long time .I did not need a tire Oil change took a long time . I did not need a tire rotation but told I did need one , I actually need a tie rod on driver front side that was not de Oil change took a long time . People in the service department are very nice and friendly, they did almost everything they said that they would, I had a flat tire and asked if I could have the old tire back was told I can and they friendly, they did almost everything they said that they would, I had a flat tire and asked if I could have the old tire back was told I can and they would put it in a plastic bag in the back, got the tire back but not in a bag just in the back on the rug. Was waiting for them to call and let me know that the car was ready, I waited until 5:30 to start calling finally got through about 5:40 and was told that the car is done and I had until 6:00 to pick it up, I was told that they called and left a message that the car was ready, but I had no message and no missed calls from there.
