I am so pleased with my experience! From the moment i got there i was greeted and welcomed with a pleasant attitude! I always was raised to not get your hopes up and after showing Jon my paystubs and info he needed he came out and said “ I HAVE GREAT NEWS”. He got me into a beautiful 2017 Nissan Rogue AWD and i couldn’t any happier!! Thank You Jon! Had oil change 8/1/20. Process was timely. However upon picking up car it was obvious little measures taken to protect customer from exposure. Other dealerships are using paper mat covers on seats and mats and cleaning up after service. I am sure your customers would appreciate that as well. I had to purchase new vehicle after paying for new differential and only a day after having that done i had to come back in because differential fluiding was flowing out back of car which i was informed was fixed. Then i was told i would need to pay over another 1000 to get repaired. I was not pleased at that time with service. I want to believe that this is not a trend but I do have reservations. More
