First, I understand your concerns with items being left uncorrected or with issues from when the vehicle was manufactured, and I do sincerely apologize for your inconvenience on that end. I can't answer for the issues when you first purchased the vehicle and what was done as the Diehl Auto Group were not the owners at the time, however it is for sure my concern now. The other item you brought up is courtesy transportation which does indeed trouble me because it is always an option for our customers, if for some reason this was not presented to you as an option, I apologize.
