I bought this car from Dirito and prepaid maintenance at same time. Apparently, prepaid maintenance doesn’t include tire rotation. In addition, over four years of taking my car to them for service, they nev same time. Apparently, prepaid maintenance doesn’t include tire rotation. In addition, over four years of taking my car to them for service, they never asked me if I wanted to pay extra to rotate my tires. Meanwhile, they apparently reported to Carfax that my tires were rotated because I got emails from Carfax congratulating me on keeping my car up to date. As a result, my tires were never rotated and I have two tires that need replacement and two that still have life left. I asked to speak to service manager. Never heard from her. They want almost $1000 to replace two tires! I will never use this dealer again. More
