The dealer did a god job of communicating during the appointment and letting me know what extra service needed to be done. I could have used an appointment reminder the day before. Nanika was great, general manager worked with her on price and deal was made. Sterling was nice as usual. My experience with finance person was only blemish. She may have been having an off day? She also didn’t email PO to my credit union. After saying she would later that day. It has been 4 days and if I hadn’t sent on day of purchase who knows what would have happened? Overall positive experience. However, when I was contacted to pick up my car, the service advisor (Terrance) merely asked me to go to the cashier in order to get my car. He did n However, when I was contacted to pick up my car, the service advisor (Terrance) merely asked me to go to the cashier in order to get my car. He did not go over the service, and after leaving and reading the statement, they were unable to complete a service activity which will require a further appointment. I will still recommend this service center but hope for a more thorough communication next visit. More
