Shannon was excellent! A true great asset to Dirito Brothers Overall, from Shannon the marvelous assistant manager to the shuttle drivers, my experience was better than excellent! They have taken care of my 200 Overall, from Shannon the marvelous assistant manager to the shuttle drivers, my experience was better than excellent! They have taken care of my 2003 Jetta Wagon since I drove it off the old lot back in Sept. 2002. We are keeping the car going after all these years. It is a tribute to everyone at Dirito Brothers. Can't say enough about Shannon. She explained everything clearly and was excellent as far as what was going on with the elderly car. She needs to be recognized for her excellent skills and customer service. She is a big part of why I continue to bring my Jetta wagon for service even if it just an oil/filter change.
