Quick, Easy, Polite, but. I enjoyed the quick and punctual service I had done recently at Dirito Brothers and our Service person was very polite and arrange the shuttle to take I enjoyed the quick and punctual service I had done recently at Dirito Brothers and our Service person was very polite and arrange the shuttle to take us down town even though I had failed to set it up...but they didn't really cover what was being done on my first service so I can't tell you if what they did was noticeable or not. One thing I did notice is the car was unwashed or vacuumed but I guess that isn't part of the service. I'm "spoiled" by the service appointments from my other cars I guess. But the staff were friendly and efficient so I will go back again. More

I am a happy chappy . New car , good APR % and affordable. I have purchased a 2013 Passat , a 2016 Jetta GLI , and now a 2019 Volkwagen GLI . The V.W. is a great automobile . I never had any mechanical prob I have purchased a 2013 Passat , a 2016 Jetta GLI , and now a 2019 Volkwagen GLI . The V.W. is a great automobile . I never had any mechanical problems . All three cars handle for well , and are very economical . Over the the years I had my autos serviced in Walnut Creek and have always experienced a friendly staff and a high level of professionalism.
