Best experience in a dealership, ever! Went into Dirito Brothers Walnut Creek to check out some new vehicles, 30 minutes before closing, and was instantly greeted by Gus Davila. This guy is hands down the best sales person I have ever dealt with! He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and did not pressure my wife and I at all. We told Gus what our budget was, and he did not try to over sell us and made sure we were comfortable. He showed us some vehicles to choose from, we test drove some, he explained the different features and took what we were looking for and drew up some quotes. We were in a brand new car, driving off, in less than an hour! I would highly recommend this dealership, as well as to see Gus, to anyone I know. My family and I are really happy with our purchase! Little things make the difference I expect the extras when I am bringing in a car for dealer service - and this was delivered on many fronts. Nice waiting area, car service home - high marks on both of these areas. A part was required which would take a few days to be delivered. I was ok with waiting (didn’t need the car) so I left it in the shop for 4 days. I had to call to check for updates (website for service did not show any meaningful status, I did not get a call pro-actively to confirm the part arrived.). I only received a text when service was completed. Was completed on date promised. So dealer had the car 4 nights. Service bill was over $1400. They knew when I would pick up car (I texted a response).. Would it have been too much to expect a quick car wash? I’m not expecting the car to be detailed - would have been nice to not have bird poop on the exterior :-) that was my final impression. I paid a lot of money for the service. The car does not “look better” than it did when it was dropped with the dealer. Hope it performs well. More
