Andres did not haggle and put absolutely no pressure on us. He promptly responded to calls and spent the better part of two days working with me over the phone, so when I came in with my wife only paperwork had to be completed. When my wife saw the car and realized she preferred other trim/color options - Andres did not hesitate, found the vehicle, and did not change the deal despite better options. Andres is the reason I will go back to VW when I need another vehicle and why I will recommend Dirito Brothers VW. More
