Fairly disappointed Just called Dirito about a recall REQUIRED on my Jetta - can't renew the registration until the recall is complete. I asked that since the recall wasn't really my fault could they pick up the car and perform the service. Answer: "uhhhh, we don't have anything like that". So I have to use my time to foll with this hassle, even though I didn't cause the problem. Won't be buying another VW any time soon. More

It Literally Could Not Have Been Done Better So I came in to check out some potential issues with my oil, and the member of the service department assigned to me, Danny, takes it from there. He So I came in to check out some potential issues with my oil, and the member of the service department assigned to me, Danny, takes it from there. He re-informs me about a recall issue that I had completely forgotten about, tells me the car will have to be kept for at least the next 24 hours, and already has a rent-a-car ready to go for me. Moreover, for my trouble, he tells me that all fluids will be checked and topped off for no charge. Good thing. Turns out there was an issue. But again, Danny is all over it. He confirms it's all part of the warranty, orders the required part, and talks to the rental car company about my extended use of their vehicle BEFORE calling me. Not a single issue or hassle makes its way to me; he just keeps me in the loop as he takes care of everything. And then, when I tell him I may need to take the rental out of town for a few days for weekend plans back home, meaning I still may be using it a couple of days after my car is finished, he says don't worry about it at all. "Just bring it in when you get back." I ask if need to bring it back to rental car company myself. He says of course not: "Just bring it back here, get your car, and we'll take care of it." Next he tells me he'll also be out of town for a bit, but he's gonna hand me over to Thomas, who will take care of me from here. I was a little bummed. I couldn't imagine Thomas doing as good of a job... but I was wrong. When a shipping issue arises, he calls and lets me know that it's already been taken care of, and that the rental will just keep being extended as long as necessary. When I tell him I unexpectedly may need to stay home with the rental a couple more days, he too says not to worry about. "Just bring it back when you get here." When it's all said and done, I'm without my car for a week plus... and it's 100% just fine. I am never stressed, never worried, never really even inconvenienced at all. And between all the parts, labor, and rentals... I did not pay a single dime for any of it. In sum: a potential nightmare of stress and headaches was genuinely transformed into an actually positive experience. I don't think I've ever felt more taken care of as a customer. I'd add a sixth star if I could. More
