Excellent customer service I didn’t have an appointment. I called to say my check tire light came on again. I was told to come in at my convenience. I arrived about 10 minutes l I didn’t have an appointment. I called to say my check tire light came on again. I was told to come in at my convenience. I arrived about 10 minutes later and was immediately taken in at the service center. Everything was handled promptly and efficiently. I was told there was a recall that could be taken care of at the same time as checking my tire. Within two hours my car was ready and I was on my way. It was only $30, which was the best news! It was easy to phone in and schedule a convenient maintenance visit. I arrived early and was welcomed by friendly staff and assigned a service rep (Tim) who discussed the maintenance options and packages. He kept in touch with texts. The shuttle drivers were friendly and accomodating. The entire experience was super easy and amazingly efficient. They even fixed little things that bug me but I forgot to mention such as adjusting the time on the clock and reinstalling the gas/trunk buttons which had become dislodged. Thank you all! More
