Great dealership and helpful employees! This dealership was very busy over Presidents Day weekend. First we dealt with Diego who was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. This dealership was very busy over Presidents Day weekend. First we dealt with Diego who was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. Unfortunately before we made a decision (on a great lease price) another customer swooped in and bought the car. Fortunately we did a little more research and came up with another they had in storage which was an even better model. Diego was off the day we went back (2 days later) so we worked with Oscar who ended up getting us the same price roughly for the higher end model. Waiting for a day worked in our favor. My only gripe, if you will, would be that I wished I had known that they would be offering me a service agreement in the final moments before entering the finance office. Had I known in advance, I may have had more time to work out another deal instead of having my monthly amount I thought I was going to pay, be a bit higher. But at least my service will be covered for a few years. All in all though, really nice people, nice clean building, and no pressure. I think it would have been a faster experience getting through the paperwork, if they weren't so busy, but busy is a good sign of a good business. I would recommend this dealership if buying a VW. I am very happy with my purchase and now look for a reason to drive somewhere. More
