Thus we have been servicing it at Hansel VW in Santa Rosa for the last 3 years. Time and time again, we encountered issues with Hansel and never felt the degree of honesty that we needed. Finally we just walked out of Hansel on Monday morning and called Dirito. Immediately we received amazing information, servicing options, appointments, with call backs with answers to our questions. Also they gave us a loaner car for 2 days. Upon asking about add blue, they even went back and re-checked the add blue for me. Now this is how service should be and I will drive the 1 1/2 hours each time to have this amazing experience. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! More

Service at Dirito is worth crossing the Bay Bridge twice! Paul, the Service Manager who handled my issue was excellent. His demeanor was spot on. My certified pre-owned CC developed a rattling/jiggling noise (like a small object was loose near the steering column/instrument cluster area) after only driving it 500 miles. Although the technician couldn’t “replicate” the issue I described, I was quite disappointed to say the least having spent my day hoping to resolve an annoying issue and be told it can’t be detected. Paul handled the rest of my visit in a way that I’d be willing to drive across the SF-Oakland Bay Bridge twice from where I live to get my car serviced at Dirito. That’s how excellent Paul was to me yesterday. If they can consistently replicate Paul‘s performance they’ll keep lifetime customers. More

We had a Jetta for six years and serviced it at Dirito Bros. They explain in detail what they find before they do the work. There are no surprises. I find the service reps to be enthusiastic and friendly. Though no one ever really wants to have to bring a car in to a shop, I enjoy going in and always drive away satisfied. This last visit was not exception, my 20,000 mi check up for the convertible. My little bug is handling great. More
