Exceptional service at Dirito Brothers Volkswagen. I purchased a new Volkswagen vehicle at Dirito Brothers Walnut Creek Volkswagen last year, and highly recommend this particular dealership. I have had I purchased a new Volkswagen vehicle at Dirito Brothers Walnut Creek Volkswagen last year, and highly recommend this particular dealership. I have had an extremely pleasant experience whilst shopping for a vehicle at this dealership (Diego provided the best vehicle sales experience I've ever had), and also a year later when my vehicle needed minor repairs/servicing. Angelo from the service department provided an exemplary customer service experience, as my vehicle's warranty for the repair was honored without question. I was also provided with a complimentary/replacement vehicle, whilst my vehicle was being serviced, and the service itself was very promptly done. Due to the experience I have received so far at Dirito Brothers Walnut Creek Volkswagen, I will give Dirito Brothers, and Volkswagen vehicles top priority when it is time to purchase another vehicle for myself, and would also highly recommend this dealership to friends, family, and anyone else wanting a pleasant experience for both initial sales, and long-term servicing of vehicles.
