Friendly, Considerate and Efficient Service Monday I went in to fix a water pump on my Tiguan and ended leaving Tuesday with a new car! In addition to the sales and service teams’ transparent an Monday I went in to fix a water pump on my Tiguan and ended leaving Tuesday with a new car! In addition to the sales and service teams’ transparent and friendly service, they were very accommodating and helpful while my 13 month old son and I waited for a shuttle (they even played with my son while I got some water). So much so that I ended up looking at new cars and worked out an amazing deal! Despite their efficient sales skills they were not pushy. I felt supported and guided rather than forced to make any decisions! 100 percent recommend this dealership for all service and sales needs! Tashi, my sales rep, his sales manager Jeff, the fiancial advisor Ed Miller, and Kevin in the service department represented the dealership with expertise, honor and efficency! I am beyond grateful for their help, and honored to have done business with them! More
