Gerard in particular did a great job explaining the steps and process for completing both closings simultaneously; as well as finding a car suitable for our needs and within our budget requirements. Kyle patiently and efficiently walked us through the buy-back process. Sterling made the sale paperwork easy and seem less for us, as well as accommodating to our closing process needs. Overpriced Service The people were friendly and they offer courtesy shuttles and text updates. Jonas was very helpful but when I picked up my car I got a new person who The people were friendly and they offer courtesy shuttles and text updates. Jonas was very helpful but when I picked up my car I got a new person who didn’t know what they did to my car! I went in for an oil change and was sold a 40K service that basically included what Speedy Oil does when they change your oil (except tire rotation). It was triple the price. They also fixed some recalls but didn’t bother to mention they’d be uninstalling my car seats to do the recalls (for non parents installing car seats is a real pain and not what you want to do when rushing to pick up your kids after work). Also they don’t even wash your car (inside or out) like most dealers do (apparently to save water but that doesn’t apply to interior sooo ...). More

Once the deal was ready I came down to the dealership to sign the paperwork and drive my car away. The entire princess too less than an hour.
