I had such a fantastic experience with Dirito Brothers. I bought a used car and Alex was my sales person, who was great throughout the process. Every single thing about the car was as described, and he went above and beyond to understand me and provide a positive experience. I had a lot of discussions on the phone since i live far away from the dealership. Once i got in, everything was timely, he took time to explain how things would work and ensured he was ready to help me make the purchase. After that he introduced me to the finance manager who was great, friendly and humorous. I wasn't upsold anything - just thoroughly got answers to any questions i had. They also have a very cool touchscreen system which was quite fun to play with as i signed the paperwork. To be honest, this was a 5/5 buying experience and though i have not thought about buying a VW, i would strongly consider purchasing any car from Dirito Brothers.
