I really appreciate you telling me that the windshield wiper thing is real. I was upset with my Gainesville dealer because acted as if they knew nothing about it. Wipers going off sometimes 100 times a da wiper thing is real. I was upset with my Gainesville dealer because acted as if they knew nothing about it. Wipers going off sometimes 100 times a day is just not normal, esp if they also don’t go off on same day right before and/after the 100 times. Hard to say it is a weather event. But thanks for being straight up and telling me VW is doing research as they recognize this as an issue. More

My only suggestion: Instead of having customers sign two or three copies after the service is complete, yo good, and the waiting time was reasonable!
