Great service but no vehicle sanitizing Kevin was great in getting me checked in for my service. Car was done on time. I was kind of surprised the car was not sanitized before returning it Kevin was great in getting me checked in for my service. Car was done on time. I was kind of surprised the car was not sanitized before returning it to me. There was a sanitizing station at the pickup area, and I was asked to give them 30 minutes to prep the car for pickup, but when I got there a service guy just drove up, no gloves, no cleaning, and handed the keys to me. In this time of COVID-19 I was expecting a bit more care, or at least a wipe down of the steering wheel. All in all, I have always had a great experience at Dirito Bros. More

SAAB service My 2003 SAAB had a problem requiring it to be towed in. After it arrived I was promptly contacted to let me know the car was there. Later that day I was given a diagnosis and an estimate. The car was repaired the next day and ready to be picked up the day after. I have had great service here since the car was new. More

Great service, Great Expertise I had a horrible experience at the VW dealership in Oakland a few years ago and I was admittedly nervous about the Dirito Bros. But everyone there was I had a horrible experience at the VW dealership in Oakland a few years ago and I was admittedly nervous about the Dirito Bros. But everyone there was super friendly and knowledgable. Since then, I know I can count on Tim and everyone else there for excellent service and wonderful support when it comes to my car. They are especially good at explaining all things automotive easily and they are great at answering any questions, however naive, I may have as someone who isn't as automotive savvy.
