Secondly: I had planned on NOT also doing the recall fix at the same time because I didn't want to wait longer, but he assured me that this particular recall on my car would take only an extra half hour--and so it did. There are other dealers closer (ahem) but the Sales and Service at Dirito has always been worth going into the next county. Kudos! More

I have always loved this dealership and I continue to drive the extra distance to come to this preferred dealership. Brought car and key fob in for programming of a new key fob. Reported service time was longer than I had expected, but actual time was less and I was happy about that. However, I am giving only three sta fob. Reported service time was longer than I had expected, but actual time was less and I was happy about that. However, I am giving only three stars because, although the new key fob works correctly, the technician caused the original fob to not work correctly. My car will not start using the original fob unless I place it against the steering column. Happy with Kevin, but it would when I reported the problem to him, it would have been very good if he had a remedy that would not require more money from me, and exceptional if it would not require another trip and long wait-time at the dealership. Further, someone should have noticed that my car has over 200K miles on it and should ask me how I feel about my car (2012 Jetta SEL), and ask if it would be ok to send info to me for when/if I am ready to consider purchasing a new car. I love my Jetta and am anticipating purchasing a new one, perhaps a GLI; even giving consideration to Audi A3/S3/RS3. More
