Service provider (Kevin) tried to charge me the wrong price (higher) for the oil change and filter change from what is promoted on your website and also was not "aware" of the 10% discount that you were price (higher) for the oil change and filter change from what is promoted on your website and also was not "aware" of the 10% discount that you were offering and I received multiple emails about. Service providers should be aware of this. I felt I was being scammed and that is not a good feeling. I booked the service from the email that stated 10% off then was told he had no idea what I saw talking about. More
