Overall positive experience. However, when I was contacted to pick up my car, the service advisor (Terrance) merely asked me to go to the cashier in order to get my car. He did not go over the service, and after leaving and reading the statement, they were unable to complete a service activity which will require a further appointment. After my oil change service, advice indicated new battery needed. Tested battery elsewhere and test showed battery very good and therefore would not sell me a battery.
