I called and talked with Joey about what needed to be done and he set an appointment for me. The work was done on time and on estimate. And, it was done RIGHT the first time! I was impressed by the attitudes of the service department personnel as well ~ Melissa, Ricky, and Joey to name a few. It is easy to see there is great change in the service department for the positive! I have been a customer since 2009 and "weathered" through a couple of previous service department heads before Joey arrived. I am delighted with what I saw and with the experience I had there. If there were to be any recommendations I could make I would ask that the length of time it takes to get in for service be reduced, and have a block of time available weekly set aside just for "emergency repairs" for the traveling RVer or those who are getting ready to go RVing. More

Great experience buying my first RV I found the RV I wanted on RV trader. I had never been to Dodd before and didn't know what to expect. From the moment we walked in the door everyone w I found the RV I wanted on RV trader. I had never been to Dodd before and didn't know what to expect. From the moment we walked in the door everyone was so friendly. They were having a customer appreciation cook out and I wasn't a customer...yet! My salesman Greg was very nice. We had been e-mailing each other for a time to come see the RV. We had lunch and did a mini walk thru of the RV. It was exactly what I wanted...I had been looking for almost 3 years. They worked with me in getting it financed, it is a 1998 and not many lenders want to finance something that old. But the financial guru, Arnold worked some magic and got someone to finance me. They fixed a couple minor things, got it inspected and I picked it up in a couple weeks. Also the gentleman who so painstakingly did my final walk thru (forgot his name...sorry) was a gem. He moved at my slow pace and went over EVERYTHING for me. Thanks again, Dodd RV...you guys were great! More
