Dodd RV of the Peninsula

Excellent experience My wife and I had been thinking about getting an RV for quite sometime. I had been visiting Dodd RV looking at the many options for 1 1/2 years making My wife and I had been thinking about getting an RV for quite sometime. I had been visiting Dodd RV looking at the many options for 1 1/2 years making sure we knew what we wanted and, more importantly, what we needed. Each time I visited, I was greeted by a warm and helpful staff. After each visit, and talking to numerous sales staff, at no point in time was I ever called, emailed, or sent junk mail trying to pressure me into buying. To that point, please know that is the way I like doing business. They allowed me to look at as many options as I wanted, and then allowed me to take my time and make my decision. Finally, we decided on what we wanted and made our purchase. Shane walked me through the entire process, with help from Mike McNeil with the financial aspect, including options and accessories to make sure we got everything we wanted. The day we picked up our unit, Arnold walked us through our paperwork and explained everything in depth. We even took time to talk about our dogs, NASCAR, and Alabama football. After completing the paperwork, we went out and did our walk through with Pete. This was our very first RV and, though I had done a lot of research, we still had many questions. Pete was patient and walked us through everything, from the tow system to turning on lights. We then went to the service department where we received more information and details about our unit from Joey. He explained into more detail the things we needed to focus on to make sure our warranty would stay in tact and how to handle things to keep our RV maintained for years of enjoyment. We were then introduced to Mike Queen who walked us through the parts department showing us things that we absolutely needed, and also accessories that were available if we chose to get them. Again, we did not receive any pressure to buy things just to make a sale. He gave us our options and walked away to let us make our decision. I have since returned to buy some extra things that we wanted to make our house a home and was assisted by Melissa. Though she works with warranties and not parts, she still jumped up to assist us while the parts personnel were busy with other customers. This was an absolute excellent experience, and I have already talked to many people about our time at Dodd RV. This company has earned a lifelong customer for as long as I am stationed here. More

"Our Retirement Home" We were just starting our adventure of finding our little home on wheels a few weeks ago. Dodd RV was the second dealer we stopped at. After looking at all on the lot we peeked into the last one, a Coachmen Freelander and we both knew it was the one. We closed the deal on Saturday and the experience was like being with a close, happy family. Tina, our salesperson started us out, and then the rest of the Dodd RV family joined in. Arnold Smith made the closing almost painless:) He had easy to understand, straightforward answers to all our questions and concerns. Pete walked us through the in and out of our motorhome and helped us feel more confident in ourselves as we get ready to settle in to our new home for the next year. Mike in the parts department listened attentively to our wants and needs and gave us great advice and tips on do's and don'ts to get us started. Finally, Mark the GM checked in with us several times throughout the day, keeping us entertained with stories of RV adventures he, family, and friends had been on. First travel trailer I did a lot of research before going to Dodd Rv, thinking I knew exactly what I wanted. I ended up buying a larger trailer than what I originally set out to get, which has allowed me to take more people camping with me. When picking up my trailer then entire staff was welcoming and very informative on how the camper worked. Overall great experience. More

The day that we picked up our camper all the staff was wonderful from beginning until the end. The finance manager Arnold Smith was great and we felt right at home. When we left that day we knew all that we needed to about our camper and how to use it. It was the best experience by far on purchasing anything. We are excited to start our camping experience all thanks to that wonderful people at Dodd Rv More

Satisfation is truly the motto of DoddRV of the Pennisula!! We have been lookin for a few years for the one for us!
