When we returned to the dealership, Ken Welsh, Melissa Grace, Ken Godfrey and Tom Cobb worked on our camper diligently until the problem was resolved. There wasn't one employee from the service department (or other departments as a matter of fact) that didn't stop when passing us to ask if there was anything we needed. They even took time to spoil our 135 pound St. Bernard, who was along for her first camping trip. Without a doubt, this dealership is the real deal. Some would think that service so early wasn't good, but we found that it gave us an opportunity to meet the employees that will be servicing our camper and to witness their hard work and commitment to their customers. I initially met with Mrs. Grace in the service department. Melissa took me through the entire process of getting our RV repaired. She is friendly and extremely knowledgeable.
