When we finally decided on the 2014 Crusader, he made all of the arrangements to have the hitch installed on our truck. The day we picked up our unit did not go as planned. The delay was definitely necessary. The AC on our trailer did not check out properly so our delivery was delayed until a new AC unit could be delivered to Dodd RV. Going this extra mile to make sure sure we received a ready to camp unit. Neither my wife nor myself are new to the RV scene as each of us have previously dealt with other dealers so this level of service was unexpected. More

Quality Service From the minute I walked in the door and was greeted by the receptionist I knew I was in the right place. She took me to see Greg, who would become my salesman. He did not pressure me in any way. I asked him for a price list on used RV's and he was more than happy to comply with my request. He told me to take it home and look over the prices and come back and see him. Unfortunately I was not able to get back until the following Wednesday which was his day off. I met with Tina Dew who showed me the three campers I was interested in. When i was through looking the over I made a selection and she assisted in doing the paperwork. She told me upfront that Greg would get the credit for the sale since he was the person I saw first. I was always treated with respect and with professionalism not found in many places these days. It was a pleasure to do business with this dealership. I would recommend Dodd's to anyone interested in making a good deal on a camper or RV. More
