From the time we entered the lot, to the time we decided to buy there was ZERO hassle!! Our Family (with 3 young boys) was able to come in and feel at home. Greg answered any questions we had, let us wander the lot and showed us whatever we wanted to look at and was not attached to our hips or overbearing. Delivery day went exceptionally smooth! Arnold was quick and thorough with the paperwork and didn't smooth talk or add pressure to add on additional costs. Pete in Service took all the time we needed for our initial walk through and explained all amenities in detail. Cindie was super knowledgeable and helpful in explaining all parts and took the time to walk thru all isles with us, and like Arnold she did not pressure in any way to purchase any additional items. Overall, we can't say enough just how impressed we were with this dealership. Anytime we can we will definitely give our referral to Dodd RV!! More

2014 used Crusader 5th wheel purchase We met Greg on our first visit to the dealership. He was very helpful showing several units. When we finally decided on the 2014 Crusader, he made all of the arrangements to have the hitch installed on our truck. The day we picked up our unit did not go as planned. The delay was definitely necessary. The AC on our trailer did not check out properly so our delivery was delayed until a new AC unit could be delivered to Dodd RV. Going this extra mile to make sure sure we received a ready to camp unit. Neither my wife nor myself are new to the RV scene as each of us have previously dealt with other dealers so this level of service was unexpected. More

We never feel rushed and they always take the extra time to answer any questions. When it's time to pick it up, they always review the repairs with us so we know exactly what has been done to our RV. Quality Service From the minute I walked in the door and was greeted by the receptionist I knew I was in the right place. He told me to take it home and look over the prices and come back and see him. Unfortunately I was not able to get back until the following Wednesday which was his day off. I met with Tina Dew who showed me the three campers I was interested in. When i was through looking the over I made a selection and she assisted in doing the paperwork. She told me upfront that Greg would get the credit for the sale since he was the person I saw first. I was always treated with respect and with professionalism not found in many places these days. It was a pleasure to do business with this dealership. I would recommend Dodd's to anyone interested in making a good deal on a camper or RV. More
