My Roadtrek R V had a host of problems as a result of my carelessness in running over obstructions which also caused a leak in one of the holding tanks which gave me more stress than i needed in my senior years. The meticulous manner in which they continued to work on my R V until they solved all of the problems and at a reasonable cost was commendable. The friendly and professional manner of all of their staff that I came in contact with was beyond my expectations. I found the the unit online and was able to make an offer and negotiate the purchase right over the phone. Greg Guin was very cordial and accommodating during this process. Even all of the challenges of coordinating the paperwork and pick up were handled seamlessly by the Dodd RV staff. Arnold Smith facilitated the purchasing paperwork with ease. My travel to Dodd was made easier by Linda Testa who picked me up at the train station and had warm cookies ready when we arrived at Dodd RV. While there I was welcomed by several of the staff and the walk through was handled professionally by Peter. Peter had the unit all warmed up with the lights on and took the time to show me all the details. Peter even closed everything up and drove the unit up to the front so all I had to do was get in and drive home. More

I won't buy an RV anywhere else... And next time we promise to be ON TIME!!! We live an hour away from Dodds and had a few things slow us down on the morning we were scheduled to pick up our camper. Repair work and general maintanance I have never dealt with anyone as pleasant as the staff at Dodd. Excellent dealership We originally went to this dealership because they had just started selling Grand Designs and we were workkamping just a few miles down the road. We had a specific model that we wanted with plenty of options... they did everything they could to make sure our needs were met. Our RV came in 7 weeks later and their customer orientation of the new unit was great! We seem to met the whole team at one time or another from the service department. Very nice and helpful people. It is obvious by their words and, more importantly, their actions that their number one priority is making the customer happy. This was our experience through the pre-sale, purchase and service process. My wife and I drove down from Richmond to get a look at a Rockwood Roo 19 they had for sale. We had researched that model online and really just wanted to get a look inside one with no intention of buying anything until the spring. Working with Scott Hudgins was a consumers dream with his knowledge of the product and no pressure approach. Though we had no intention of buying at the time Scott was able to get the numbers close to our comfort level. As we started to head home we were invited to a customer appreciation BBQ lunch where we were able to meet more of the staff and chat with Micheal McNeil who suggested us leaving a refundable deposit to hold the coach over the weekend for us to think it over. Well we bought the Roo and picked it up the following week. Business Manager Arnold Smith was informative and a pleasure to work with. Pete Foertsch spent several hours with us on our walkthrough educating us on the numerous systems and our new weight distribution hitch. As we were closing up the bunk ends preparing to leave we noticed a small hole in the canvas. Pete contacted Melissa Grace and without hesitation they offered to order and replace the entire bunk end canvas. Once the canvas replacement was completed we returned to pick up our coach just in time for an end of season camping trip at Pocahontas State Park (great park by the way) to enjoy our new camper for the first time and check out the systems. We had a great time and everything worked perfectly. When packing up on Sunday we noticed that the bunk end where the canvas was replaced was not making a proper seal and the bottom hinge was bent. We contacted Joey Lawrence, whom we had met and worked with when we picked up the camper after the canvas replacement, to express our concern and frustration with a second defect with the camper. He quickly set us at ease, letting us know that he would take care of us and to bring the camper in at our convenience for inspection. We took the camper in this morning, Joey and Pete spent over an hour with us to identify and try to determine the cause of the issue. After discussing several options to correct the problem they ultimately decided the best course of action would be to have the entire bunk end replaced to ensure long term structural integrity of the coach. Just can't say enough about Joey and Pete doing whatever it takes to make sure we are happy with our purchase and Dodd RV. We also have very positive experiences with Cindie Merrit who helped us pick out essential items from the parts department and Jene McCartin who handled the warranty replacement of the bunk end canvas. What a great team! More

Everyone was friendly and helpful, but most of all I was impressed by the professionalism of everyone I had contact with, starting with Scott and continuing with Arnold, Sandy and Pete. I am retiring at the end of the year, so that tells you my age, and the professionalism impressed me the most. I feel I received a good deal on my Forest River Class A, good warranty and great training on how to use all the buttons, etc. I would definitely recommend Dodd's to anyone. Vicki P. More
