Very professional I just bought my very first RV from Dodd's in Yorktown. Everyone was friendly and helpful, but most of all I was impressed by the professionalism of everyone I had contact with, starting with Scott and continuing with Arnold, Sandy and Pete. I am retiring at the end of the year, so that tells you my age, and the professionalism impressed me the most. Great service department We were traveling through the area in our motorhome when a plumbing fitting cracked leaving us without any use of water in the coach. We called Dodd RV and they were willing to do the repair while we waited, despite being very busy. The repair was done within a half hour of our arrival and at a reasonable cost. In discussing the pros and cons of different types and colors, I found Joey Lawrence to be very knowledgeable and helpful. Based upon my requirements, he recommended a less expensive model. They did an excellent job of installing the 3 vent covers and the cost was very reasonable. Work was completed several days ahead of the promised date.
